Fırın Kebap (Tandır)

Fırın kebabı karaman cinsi toroslarda otlarla yetişen erkek kuzuların etiyle yapılmaktadır. Sadece kaya tuzuyla kendi yağında, odun ateşiyle yanan taş fırında 6 ile 7 saatte bakır kazanlarda ağır ağır pişirilerek hazırlanır.
